Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 26, 2026

Kelvanora is a platform for creating and launching AI-guided interactive experiences. This Privacy Policy explains what information Kelvanora receives, why it is used, and when it may be shared with service providers.

Information Kelvanora receives

Account and sign-in information

When you sign in, authentication is handled by Microsoft Entra External ID and the sign-in method you choose, such as Microsoft, Google, or an email one-time passcode.

Kelvanora may receive and store information needed to identify your account, including your email address, display name, and stable identity identifiers supplied through the authentication system. Kelvanora also stores account status and Kelvanora-specific permissions.

Kelvanora does not store or verify a local account password.

Content you create

Kelvanora stores content you deliberately create or save in the service, such as Experiences, Settings, personal Settings, launch configuration, and launch history.

Kelvanora does not receive or store the live conversation you have with the external AI that hosts an experience unless you deliberately provide that conversation or information from it to Kelvanora through a feature that asks for it.

Launch documents and links

Kelvanora creates durable launch documents that are intended to be supplied to an external conversational AI. A launch document can be retrieved by anyone who has its unique URL. Treat a launch URL as a shareable link and do not give it to someone or a service that you do not want to access that launch document.

A launch document may contain the Experience, Setting, or personal Setting selected for that launch.

Operational and security information

When Kelvanora receives web requests, it may record operational information such as the time of the request, requested URL, IP/network address, browser or client information, selected HTTP headers, authenticated username when available, response status, and related diagnostic information.

Kelvanora also uses cookies and similar browser state that are necessary for sign-in, security, and maintaining your Kelvanora session.

How information is used

Kelvanora uses information it receives to:

Kelvanora does not sell personal information or use account information for targeted advertising.

Google sign-in data

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google authentication is federated through Microsoft Entra External ID. Kelvanora uses the identity information made available through that sign-in process only to authenticate you, create or locate your Kelvanora account, and operate that account.

Kelvanora does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, or other unrelated Google account content as part of Google sign-in.

Service providers and third parties

Kelvanora relies on third-party infrastructure and identity providers to operate the service. These may include Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra External ID, Google, Microsoft account services, and other sign-in providers that Kelvanora supports in the future.

When you give a Kelvanora launch document or launch URL to an external AI provider, that provider receives the information contained in the launch document. Your use of that AI provider is also governed by that provider's own privacy policy and terms.

Kelvanora may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the service or its users, investigate abuse, or enforce applicable terms.

Data retention

Kelvanora retains account, content, launch, session, and operational records as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the service. Different types of records may be retained for different periods.

You may contact Kelvanora to request correction or deletion of personal account information where applicable. Some information may need to be retained when reasonably necessary for security, legal, or operational purposes.

Security

Kelvanora uses reasonable technical measures intended to protect account and service data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Kelvanora is not directed to children under 13. A person who is not old enough to consent to use of the service under applicable law should use Kelvanora only with the involvement of a parent or guardian as required by law.

Changes to this policy

This policy may change as Kelvanora and the services it uses evolve. The current version will remain available at /privacy, with the last-updated date revised when appropriate.
