These Terms govern your use of Kelvanora. By using Kelvanora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Kelvanora provides

Kelvanora is a platform for creating, selecting, saving, and launching AI-guided interactive experiences. Kelvanora prepares launch documents and related content for use with conversational AI services.

Kelvanora does not itself provide the external AI conversation that hosts a live experience. The AI provider you choose is a separate service with its own terms, policies, capabilities, and limitations.

Accounts

Kelvanora may allow you to sign in through third-party identity providers such as Microsoft or Google, or through other authentication methods provided by Microsoft Entra External ID.

You are responsible for maintaining control of the accounts and sign-in methods you use to access Kelvanora. Do not intentionally access another person's Kelvanora account without authorization.

Kelvanora may suspend or disable an account when reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users, respond to abuse, or enforce these Terms.

Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in content you submit to Kelvanora.

You give Kelvanora permission to store, process, reproduce, and display that content as reasonably necessary to provide the service, including creating launch documents and making content public when you explicitly publish it.

You are responsible for content you submit or publish and for ensuring that you have the rights or permission needed to use it. Do not use Kelvanora to publish unlawful content or content that infringes another person's rights.

Public content and shareable launch links

Content that you publish as public may be visible to other people using Kelvanora.

Launch documents are available through unique shareable URLs so they can be retrieved by conversational AI services. Anyone who obtains a launch URL may be able to retrieve that launch document. You are responsible for deciding where you share such links.

AI-generated experiences

Conversational AI systems can produce inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, offensive, or otherwise undesirable output. Kelvanora provides instructions and source material for an experience but does not fully control the output produced by a third-party AI provider.

Do not rely on an AI-guided experience as professional medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other high-stakes advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use Kelvanora to:

• violate applicable law;
• interfere with or attempt to compromise the service or another user's account;
• distribute malware or conduct abusive automated activity;
• impersonate another person in a deceptive or harmful way; or
• publish content that you do not have the right to distribute.

Reasonable automated access by conversational AI systems to retrieve launch documents as designed by Kelvanora is permitted.

Third-party services

Kelvanora depends on third-party services such as hosting providers, identity providers, and conversational AI providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

Kelvanora is not responsible for the availability, behavior, output, or policies of a third-party service.

Service changes and availability

Kelvanora may change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Disclaimer

Kelvanora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that every experience, AI response, feature, or external integration will be accurate, available, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kelvanora and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service or a third-party service used with it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as Kelvanora evolves. The current version will remain available at /terms, with the last-updated date revised when appropriate.

Continued use of Kelvanora after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
